What is the Return Policy?

Our returns policy is in accordance with the policies of the original product manufacturer. Please note that software cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or if the licenses were downloaded in the case of electronic distribution. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will also cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are typically issued within 1 week of receiving your returned package, although in many cases, you may receive your refund more quickly. If you receive damaged products, please notify Euronet Technologies Customer Support within 3 days of delivery receipt so that we can promptly address the issue. Rules and Restrictions

• Items must be returned within 7 days of product purchase.
• Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
• You must include the order information. Be certain to save copies for your records.
• Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.

• You can expect a refund within 3-5 working days of our receiving your returned product.
If you do not contact us for return authorization, Euronet Technologies cannot guarantee credit or replacement of returned merchandise.

RMA Form

If you have a request regarding an RMA. Please fill out the form below and we will revert your request within 2 working days. Note it is necessary to have the RMA number before you can return any equipment. You will receive the RMA number when it approved from our side.
